I installed WatchPower for Raion J5 inverter 6 months ago, now sold to a friend. I've deleted the WatchPower in my mobile phone. When I tried to install in my friend's phone, it doesn't accept it any more. I understand that it doesn't allow multiple users, but it is not the case. Any one have similar experience to resolve it?

The way of inverter linking is rather complicated, but I managed to pass it and was enjoying the close to real-time data. But when I have installed at my place the second inverter and after huge efforts also linked it to the application, I lost the possibility to monitor the status of the first inverter. Both appeared to be connected, none is displayed. Moreover, none can be disconnected to assign it to another account. Very disappointed!

watchpower app the worst in connecting to your inverter with the overcomplicated procedure, timing out 90% of the time. Furthermore, then it prevents you from adding your inverter eventually as it states the inverter already registered and multiple registrations not allowed. Impossible to eventually have 2 inverters in parallel added for monitoring. No website cloud option either like with other more affordable brands. If I knew this I would never have bought into the RCT system
